About KVK

Kulcha Vybz Kollection (KVK) founded in 2005, is a producer of high quality t-shirts, shorts and polo-shirts for the Jamaican market. All early designs were the creation of it founder Kevin Reid, who along with business partners, Kam-Au Amen and Beresford Grey, currently manage the business.

The Kulcha Vybz T-Shirts are easy to wear and comfortable, tagless and utilises colour combinations that are warm and simply unique. Based on the designs and the warm colour combinations the shirts are targeted primarily towards the urban youth market with current clientele coming from among the trendy adult and tourist segments.

The KVK brand attempts to differentiate itself by producing high quality casual wear clothing made of non-shrinkable cotton material. KVK has a strong emphasis on Jamaica and the Jamaican culture, a theme which is underlined by its tag line “live yu kulcha, wear yu Kulcha”.

The pricing objective adopted by Kulcha Vybz is that of product-quality leaders. T-Shirts retail at approximately J$1,200 to J$1,300 per unit. All KVK products are price competitive and we strategically rotate designs to ensure that products are always “fresh” which in the fashion industry is a key source of competitive advantage.

Products are distributed from the Kulcha Vybz store, shop # 3, 30a Constant Spring Road, as well as through more than 25 select retail outlets in Kingston and St. Andrew, Portmore, Ocho Rios, Mandeville and Montego Bay. Some of these retail outlets include Shimmers, House of Style, Fashion Express, Maxie’s, Things Jamaican, Trendsetters and Payless Bargains Centre in the heart of Montego Bay.
